Ellem (Cherilea) Hong Kong Import - Zoo Animals

How are Ellem and Cherilea related? Many of the animals in the photo are Britains copies.

Ellem is a phantom brand for Hong Kong tat imported by Cherilea Rodger. They also imported the Timpo 'Swoppet' copy knights and crusaders, presumably because it had become cheaper to do so than continue to manufacture their own swoppet-types, the tools for which were passed to an Italian company.
