I like when small animals are big figures.
The lioness is much probably from the same series of this hyena - do you want me to introduce it on TAW?

Maybe not a realistic leafy sea dragon, but I think if one came my way I'd keep it too. It's a funny weird thing, isn't it?

long ago I got these animals in big size.
A rhino form MATTEL.
a horse from STEHA (Made in German in 1970?), legs with rolls!

Mattel dinos are a fever these days. I didn't know that rhino, it looks great!

that BIG rhino is a beauty!

I remember when I was a very small child having a big horse with rollers in the feet like that... I remember it as being a flocked/real hair mane and tail dapple grey in English riding tack. Grampa bought it at a toy shop in Coral Gables (a very rich ritzy area) and it was supposedly imported from England, if I remember right. I always thought the Skin Horse in The Velveteen Rabbit was my horse. I don't know what happened to it, probably it fell victim to one of Nana's discarding purges.
