Boy that's truly a hybrid animal. Head and painting of a striped, body of a spotted hyena. No idea on brand though... cirious find!

It comes in a "Made in Hong Kong" type set with other African animals. It was edited in rubber and plastic and usually comes in a large plastic canister with some plastic vegetation pieces. If I locate the set image, I will add it over here. I don't know the exact brand because it has been marketed in various formats.
