Bonux premiums animals

same molds than the Omo ones but only 7 models: indian elephant and rhino, lion and lioness, tiger, polar bear, african buffalo.




  The Bonux one is bigger, golden and better carved.







 The bonux one is slighty smaller, golden and better carved.







 Same size for the rhino but golden and better carved.







 Idem for the lioness.

oh that's very interesting Alain! I am wondering whether the Bonux came first? and the Omos are a copy??
Copies are usually less defined, and most can be smaller in size as well.
What do you think?

These topics are important, showing little differences between premium figures. We tend to use the same brand name to the most famous ones neglecting the less known series. I think OMO and Bonux are both laundry detergents affiliated to Unilever. In this case it is normal that they offer similar collections.

I red somewhere that the Omo premiums were available in the sixties. I don't know for the Bonux ones but it could be a little later in the sixties too!..

Omo and Bonux lions, the Bonux is smaller but better sculpted. It is fun the Bonux lioness is bigger than the lion

The tigers will soon follow
