Rena, Bisco, Aurea premiums

It's a collection with many rather well painted birds we could have buying cakes Rena, oil Aurea and toys sets Bisco. I just have these ones but I 'll try to post other picture from a friend from my french forum:

 At first, you can see they were made by "INJECTAPLASTIC" (Fabricado en Macau) like Prior premiums.

Those are very nice- love the crane, it reminds me of the sandhills I hear every day here. Congratulations and thanks for showing us!

Interesting, now i have other brand names for these figures. Also known as Azur, Prior. Some Elastolin birds have the same style.

Thanks for showing them. They are very nice. I like the fact that they chose to make a female ostrich, as they are quite uncommon amongst vintage companies. Do you know when they were produced (roughly)?

Andreas, I never heard anything about Azur. Do you know what produce this brand sold?

Roger, I am sorry, I don't know when these birds were produced but Prior premiums also made by Injectaplastic  were given at the turning of sixties/seventies.  :)

Those are beautiful!
There is such a range of species, so delicate and detailed for what I am assuming is quite a small size!

The big birds are about the scale of Starlux or Britains ones, the smaller ones are at the same size, so their scale is bigger! Thank you Bonnie for your reply! :)

I believe Azur was also a premium brand from Portugal.

oh! that is interesting Christophe - are the 10 birds in the link above are the only birds produced in that style by Hausser ? or did they make more than 10 ?


I must say, they are very similar in style to the Azur birds! No wonder I was getting confused, seeing so many of them.

I think I need a poster with all these birds in them :)

I am lucky to have the Hausser crane!
