The longest man living now is Leonid Stadnik from the Ukrain with 2,57m, but he doesn't want to be in the recordbooks, so officially it is Sultan Kosen with 2,46m from Turkey.

Thanks Willy for your valuable knowledge, so you must agree that is better use average sizes for the scales of animal replicas.

Saw the Fighter Elephant set today at Toys R Us, and I must say, the elephant may be Schleich's best ever! The size is comparable to Safari ltd.'s WW Asian elephant!
Very nice figure. Schleich should make elephants similar to that in size and detail for their regular wildlife line!!!!!

I have bought one for my father who collects some schleichs that he likes. It is a very beautiful figure, but also expencive, maybe because of its quality. The normal wildlife line would not be so expencive, no childeren can aford it then.

I think you are right there.
Perhaps it is also too heavy for smaller children scratch

I wonder how much they are going to sell of this series, - IMHO the warriors look awfully booring, but then of course I have not seen them "real".
Considering the indians they made, I think they could have made a MUCH more interesting job there Rolling Eyes

I have emailed the agency of Schleich in China. I was told that the hero series of Schleich will not be introduced to China. What a pity! pale
