| Nice white shark! Maybe he has some little flaws, but he is quit ok... Susanne, you would not even like to know where white sharks do live, in most cold waters around the world. They are often seen around our countries, and there are lots of them in the Mediterranean, as there are seals, dolphins and whales to feed on! The teeth are big indeed Vivian, but just look at those of the extinct Megalodon, the ancestor of the white shark, and start thinking how big he was... Only one tooth of an adult Megalodon... Scale comparison Here you can see, that the Megalodon could easily eat white sharks for breakfast... |

| Hmm, making a too cute figurine isn' t the only alternative to create evil monsters. The head looks a little like this fascinating giant: http://www.geo.de/GEO/natur/tierwelt/64438.htmlThe scene with the seal in it's mouth is one of the most impressive moments in an animal documentary for a very long time for me btw.. Back to mojo Jaws: i think it's very difficult to do the teeth, mojo ssemed to fail in my opinion, papo did the best teeth, but the coloration was worse. at least ehen rating the modification by ken. |

| hey, i just returned from a shop where they had this model available. I was a little disappointed as it came out very toyish and rounded, no alternative to papo, maybe even schleich and of course safari monterey bay. I didn't take any pics and this is just my opinion, maybe other collectors like the "cute" great white. |

| hey Rogério, thank you for your pleasant answer. From time to time, i could think you feel personally offended when someone doesn't like a Mojo figurine You have to see the real sculpt, not pictures to see that the body is shaped like a grain of rice. This looks like a bloated specimen. With sharp teeth of course.,........ Btw: even Mojo can do some not entirely good figurines did you ever take a look at the seal?,... |

Philipp, reading again my comment I don't know why you think I am offended? First I wanted to show that your comment was not ignored although the topic is already somewhat old. Then, I don't know the figure so what I feel is only a little disappointment, not with you, of course. Remember when you helped me to find the Papo oryx? You asked me why I wanted that figure. You were right, when I got it I felt somewhat disappointed too. Why? Because I always have huge expectations from Papo and the same happens with Mojo. Maybe if the oryx was from another brand I would feel it was nicer. I am not even disagreeing with you but I understand why some people think there is a Mojo thing on me. It would be perfectly natural as long as there are 2 friends working there. But I try always to be fair, and sealife is definitively a subject I am not confortable with. IF I discuss it is to try to learn more about it. Check * here * where recently I am trying to discuss a CollectA sealife figure with 2 collectors much more knowledgeable than me. Unfortunately my comment is so silly that I haven't deserved a reply, not even someone saying that sometimes I feel offended when someone doesn't like a CollectA figure. :) |

| hey Rogério, thank you for sour answer. I've never thought about "posting empathy" or disappointment because of ignored postings. But when i imagine how someone would author him or herself, your phrases are a good example. So sorry for misinterpretation! Concerning your walrus: you're right. Concerning unanswered posts: i don't know why this happens,it just does....from time to time. |

Unanswered posts are normal things in a forum with activity similar to this one. Although I give a lot of time to the forum, I also miss many posts for sure. :) About the taste of my answer, it is exactly as the taste of some figures. Sometimes, the same food has a good taste and a bad taste. If we are hungry it tastes good for sure. If we are angry it will taste bad. I hope you'll not thinking I'm saying you're angry or hungry. When we are happy and well-fed even the good food loose importance. Thanks for your agreement about the walrus. It is important for me to read opinions like yours.

| I have the Mojö white shark. Sorry for the bad photos! (I rather buy more plastic animals than better camera!) The surface is very gentle and also very easy scratchable, so it already has some scratches and no one even played with it. And the comparison with the Schleich retiring one: _________________ Bojan

| Thanks for pictures Bojan. I can't give a valuable opinion about the figure. However, it is not the first time someone find scratches in a Mojo figure. Mainly those with smoother surfaces. It is disturbing indeed. I hope James read it. I know the visual effect of the great mat finish from Mojo figures is excelent but if the price is an easily scratchable figure I am afraid it won't be good. |

| Thanks for the pictures! He doesn't look too bad for a first try for a great white, but I'm a little unsure about getting him because of how smooth the surface is and how easy he can get scratches Hopefully they'll notice it make changes in the future.
