Susanne's new additions for 2012

Susanne, thanks for the pictures! I really know what you mean and I hope the good friends and members from this forum are lucky enough to find one of these lions and add to their collections one of the most magnificent lions ever made. :) When we concentrate in a very little thing to explain what is wrong with a figure it means that the figure is excelent! Congrats again!

If you think I have been unusually quiet since yeaterday morning, you are right !
Because the mailman brought a HUGE package from Yvette, a package filled with treasures

When Yvette showed us some models by Kindertoyz, I was almost hopping with curiosity, and Yveete was so kind as to offer to get some for me...but, aaarh ! I couldn`t choose. So before we knew it, Yvette had to find a larger box.
This meant that there was room for more...also at the same shipping cost.
And is there something, I can`t resist, it is saving on shipping !!

The funny thing was that we both won some items from the same three sellers, so all our goodies were sent to Yvette.
And then I saw an incredible rare model from Bullyland, where the seller wouldn`t send to Denmark. Yvette bid for me, payed for it, - and it went into the box, too
More : Philipp had a penguin, that I had wished for for ages. Again I saved on shipping, because PG sent it to Yvette, - or not "it", because as you will see, he also sent some great gifts !

And gifts !
When I began unpacking all these gems, it was like my birthday morning, - only better. WOW!

But there were also surprises from Philipp ( PeGe)

Last week I got two new variants

A Bullyland Karibu and a Schleich Virginia deer, that Rusty bought for me, - thankyou very, very much, Rusty

Here are the deer.
The one Rusty got for me does not only have strange dark areas on the body, he is also made from a more red material, and his face is differently painted

Both deer are made in China. Does anybody have one made in Germany ?

The karibu from Bullyland is beautyful.
Harriet showed it to us last year, and I HAD to get one also
But, uhhh, it was not nearly as nice as the one Harriet had.
And even if it was supposed to be brand new, it had several paint rubs

For a long time I lived with it, because, - ok, it is a nice model.
But then one day I decided to risk buying another one. The seller guaranteed that it had no paint rubs.

And.... Not only was it a very fine model, it vas also almost like the ones Harriet and others have with darker body and lighter antlers

Congratulations for new color variations Susanne Very, very nice I especially like the caribou, I think Your older one is happy to have friend. My Bully caribou is more like Your newer one so I guess the older one has more rare painting
