Done in pastels and acrylics... Only the stripes took me around 2h 15min O.o

Sure! I make dust from pastels and then I apply it with a brush. I fix it with a fixative spray et voilà! Most times more than one layer is needed, but the new layers can be applied over the fixative spray once it dried :)
