Fantastic and rare Jecsan model!

I see Spanish brands will gain a special protagonism during a certain time. Actually, it makes me very happy although I am not from Spain. However, Portugal was for a long time invaded by Spanish toys so they are part of our culture.

Yes, our Spanish friends were a few steps forward, not in quality but in diversity and much more innovative while Portuguese toys were quite traditional. It is much better when we have the chance of living with the two worlds. Many Spanish brands belong to the memories of the Portuguese children who played during late 70's, 80's and 90's. There's also an important French brand in my youth, it is Majorette, I owned a few diecast cars.
