Domestic cats TOOB from Safari Ltd

I said that I would post some pictures of my cat additions.
I was a bit surprised when I got it. I thought that they would look like one-colored toys but they look quite nice! They even have their own breed. It was actually the first safari toob I ever got so I don't have much experience with it, but I'm quite positive.

1)Egyptian mau:

2)Manx:        I love the color.

3)Norwegian forest:

4)Birman:     It's tail is a bit short I think, but I'm not an expert, does someone know how long the tail of a Birman is?

5)Abyssinian: Lovely cat, except for the eyes, maybe I'll repaint those eyes.

6)Persian:     I personally think it's more a British fold (ear)

Angora: I love the fur details on this one

Bengal: This is one of my favorites

Balinese: Also one of my favorites, although it makes me think of an arctic fox

Grey tabby shorthair: It's a nice model but it screams for a rapaint

Black & White shorthair: with not so short hair

And last but not least
Siamese: I love the walking pose, but it has a little trouble with stranding

Great, another toob for me to covet... Congrats!
(then again, I have a bag of cats by maybe Nayab that are almost as good, albeit with worse paintjobs... still, I'll probably get this one too.)
I like all the models, but I wish they didn't feel the need to add that hair texture to the shorthairs. I see they still don't have a proper forest cat, though - the well-groomed show cats may look like this, but the majority of Norwegians are outdoor cats and therefore basically 90% hair, 10% cat. At least it should have big cheek tufts!

Ooh, just spotted the Bengal. Now that one I like!
It reminds me of a half Bengal living in my neighborhood. He doesn't have that color, but that face is just right!

They are wonderful, - arrh, I had them once, but used them in a christmas calendar, - only kept the siamese

Btw, - does the white one say "Angora" ?
It certainly looks like a Cornish rex, - angoras have semi-long, straight fur

PS, Birma has medium-long tail, so it is shorter than most of the other tails .

PPS, yes, that one with the folded ears must be a Fold

Yes would agree with Susanne,think the Angora looks more like a Cornish/Devon Rex,the cat with the folded ears is a Scottish Fold.Think the Birman looks more like Himalayan/Colourpoint Persian.Nice set of models.

Great post A-J! It's nice to see good pictures of all these and to see what's in the toob.

I also really like the models. I may have to get this. I have only two models of domesticated cats. (My only complaint with the toob: why no maine coon? sad.)
