ZZ Riesenzoo - a rather unknown company

Some time ago I bought on ebay two models of the company ZZ Riesenzoo, I have heard of this until then nothing. The only information I found here:

After that, it seems slightly different figures from Hausser Elastolin to be.

There is a Black Panther and a Zebra, both very beautiful models I think.

ZZ RIESENZOO is producing HAUSSER copies, but also some BRITAINS one and a few original models like this black panther, the moose and the bears

I really love this panther Ralf! Thank you for sharing some excellent photos of it. Great model.

love the painting on the package, they just don't do things like that anymore, I guess it would cost a lot to hire artists to paint like that.

Yes Harriet, and I understand you and see it just as, unfortunately. For manufacturers, it would probably be really too much effort and nowadays, but everything is just done digitally on a computer.

By the way in Your Avatar have painted You a beautiful Ocelot.

A wonderful model Yurumi. Goes nicely with these Plaho panthers.

A very nice model indeed!
Like Kiki said, they copied from several brands in the past, some are even better then the originals, some are not, some are bigger then the originals, some are smaller.
Anyway, the brand is quit old for now, and interesting to collect.
