Mojo 2013 Quagga stallion

Hello friends :)
Another specie of Mojo 2013 is Quagga - the recently extinct subspecies of zebra. Sadly these unique colored zebras disappeared from African savannas in XIX century, they were hunted by humans to extinction This story shows what may happen to many other beautiful and unique species if we not protect them.

Here is figure by Mojofun, sculpted by me. Scale of this figure is between 1:20 - 1:22

I think the quagga is a very good choice for Mojo (much better that a zorse

This is insane! A while ago I was reading about Quagga at this site http://www.quaggaproject.org/ and now this! I wonder what's next! Mojö and Anna keep showing us these amazing creatures and it's not even Christmas!

Great job, Anna! It seems to be anatomically the best zebra model on the market, at least among modern companies

Great specie choice, great figure, excellent work, Anna... The new 2013 Mojo models are really not bad

If I might offer some criticism, I dislike the head on this model. It does not look very equestrian (it looks more like schleich's version of an equine head). The nostrils should be more to the side, not on the front on the muzzle as in pigs. The muzzle itself should be gently rounded in front and have a well pronounced chin, as opposed to the very squared muzzle and weak chin on this model. The line forming the mouth should be very near the same level as the lower-most surface of the lower jaw, and the eyes should be a little lower on the skull (not so close to the anterior plane of the forehead). The overall proportions of the Mojo quagga also seem a little off (the body looks too small or too short for the head and neck).

Amazing model! If you are sticking to the prehistoric theme next year, can we see an auroch and a megaloceros next year?

Seijun, I appreciate Your comment of course, and I see the difference however I based on different photos then this one. You can compare, I think these zebras, my main "models" have quite different chin shape :)
