SCULPCO Animal Models - New model design company

HI all

Was browsing the internet and came across a small international sculpting, prototyping and design company.  They have a little section on traditional animal sculpts they have made which I think are pretty good and a handy reference for us all - particularly those who design models.

Anyway, I have not looked at the site in depth but take a look at this link and the various animals models created:

I really like the kangaroo, nice idea with feet of joey coming out from the pouch :) Thanks for sharing Numaan, I think the short movie about them is also interesting. :)

Ha! the dust mite is so gross! (but cool.)

I suggested to my wife that we get some as "scare-mites" to frighten off the real ones. But she replied that they might think it is their God and come in droves to worship it. I don't want to risk it.

I find them adorable. Well, at least what I've seen of them in microscopic imagery. They have a pleasant efficiency to their structure (plus they look like something out of a 1930's scifi novel cover, raising their mighty appendages over the crest of a hill overlooking a sleepy American village during a blood red dawn..). Scott: I really, really wish your wife's suggestion worked. I'd love to see unending rows of them bowing down in unison to that plastic bugger in the ceiling. (Ever seen Men in Black II..? )

It is interesting indeed. Actually I would love to have the dust mite, it would be great to feel the shape of this animal.
On another thought, reindeers and wild dogs are missing on CollectA wildlife range....
