Kikimalou is surely an excelent source, mostly when we're talking of French figures.
The black panther is on Toy Animal Wiki and it is from Kiki!
Is it the Cyrnos tamanoir an expensive figure? I hope not once I'd love to have one like yours!

This brand isn't as known as Clairet or Starlux. You can find it, and buy it cheap, in a bunch

Thanks for your reply. Please let me know if you find a Cyrnos tamanoir or renard. I am glad they're not expensive and I see you opened a topic about French anteaters.

It is a jackal, probably a Golden jackal

I was only talking about the panther, I think the anteater is a JIM.

I hope this poor crocodile was not used as a symbol of colonialism. I thought Reisler eagle hunting a fox, Johillco fox with goose or the remarkable vintage Spanish secretary hunting a serpent were among the most radical vintage figures. However, this one beats them all.

In the Book "Soldats Plastiques" written by A Thomas, 25 animals are described, no anteater.
Of Course, he wrote that other references may exist, but all the figures are marked "JIM", not this anteater.

A friend found this lot : The bull is know as Cyrnos, all are of the same material. They are like Clairet, but with some differences. Cyrnos or not Cyrnos ...

It seems I forgot it was a Circus thing so everything is possible. By the way, that croc you linked was sold for a very interesting price, I guess.

Absolutely  I sold mines for much more money a few years ago

If one day I turn in a rich man, my first decision will be to collect Starlux figures. My favorite sculpts are from Lineol and Britains, but my favorite collection is Starlux. Congratulations, they're all wonderful!
