It makes sense once some of these have their previous versions discontinued. Primates are a good surprise if confirmed but I remember Schleich promising it some years ago. Do you know if the seahorse will have braids? Some of these sound promising if they are legitimate. Do you know where they got this information? Some of these would be pretty good surprises if they were rendered well enough, because if they aren't I'm on the verge of being extremely picky this year with Schleich. I refuse to place money for figures that don't meet my standards, and especially if they keep getting more expensive. If that Shetland foal (one model I may get depending on if looks ok in person) is smaller than the tip of my thumb and they're charging the red dot for it... I just hope they release they're new figures soon so we can see what's going on. The person said that they had seen the list from your dealer, I do think that it's true because it also helps to explain how some look. |

| I certainly hope that they have a new bison and new white tails. The antlers on the buck drive me crazy! To thick and rounded. _________________ "Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away!"

| Perhaps they are doing a Mule Deer this time, but I would prefer to see a Wapti or a Pronghorn.( which isn't realistic) |

| Last year someone found a PDF file for the releases, is there anything like that this year? Or how did that person get it anyways? _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | I must say I am extremely disappointed with 2014 horses. I thought that this year's horses have been ugly, but next year's will be even worse. Unfortunately Schleich is doing more and more awful horse sculptures year after year. There is something weird with their legs and I hate it I'm going to buy Andalusian stallion and foal and I'm changing to Collecta. |

| Collecta is not better. My horses are all soft and twisted in summer heat, except the arabian mare. |

| For me, Collecta is usually too dramatic. All those Breyer poses and skinny dramatic horses. But they also often fail in representation. Haflingers for example. They are bulky and crazy a bit (i know some personally). They sure arent thin :) |

| As many others have mentioned, worse Schleich means more money left over to spend on CollectA horses. I personally like the dramatic horses of CollectA - much more than the static, Barbie-style braided horsies from Schleich of now. |

There are a lot of different hallingers. There are the elegant ones: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]But there are also the bulky ones (used to pull wagons ) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]so there isn't just one representation possible for a halflinger horse... And not all breyers are skinny and dramatic (some might look that way), breyer has the best thoroughbred models on the market at the moment. _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Anne-Joke [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ajs.artistry - Instagram AJs Artistry Shop - Etsy |
