Ohh nice there is a prehistoric mammal for 2014. I bought all of them in 2013. They are absolutely fabulous and their morphology is almost perfect. Thank you Roger for the topic.

And the lion male is well for January. I believed that was for June.   

Will the Quagga next year be on the prehistoric line too?

Bryan, quagga will be on prehistoric & Extinct series next year. You're right! :)
Florian, it is not a prehistoric animal, it is a recently extinct mammal. But don't be disappointed, being the prehistoric mammals the best of figures of Mojo prehistoric line and reading on different foruns the good criticism around them, I believe Mojo will release some more in near future. I don't collect them except if Mojo makes an elasmotherium.

Oh yes. Now, I remember that you said that was not a prehistoric mammal. However, it's an other quagga? Baby, female, running quagga?   

I think it's time to make a extinct line in 2015 maybe with baiji, quagga, elephant bird, moa, tasmanian tiger, spix macaw (extinct in wild) and some others.

Bryan, I agree with you, a line about recently extinct animals has a lot of educational interest and I find it also interesting to us.
With that 2nd release, surely Mojo will split the prehistoric in two different lines as long as more recently extinct mammals are added. I would love a bluebuck!

As far as I know, US retailers are still waiting on the new Mojos to arrive. According to my distributor, they were supposed to arrive in port the last week in Feb, take 2 - 3 weeks to clear customs,  and were to start shipping to retailers the last week of March. I haven't heard whether that timeline is still valid,  but considering I'm STILL waiting to get 2013 figures in stock for the first time, fast be better than slow.

Spielzeuggunstig sent out a message yesterday, that the Thylacine and Snowy owl are ready for pre-order. The rest will not be available untill summer

Wasn't the black-and-white cat in summer but switched to spring? I have pre-ordered the thylacine already. I'm looking forward to the border collie coming out in summer!   

There was a Prehistoric mammal for 2014,but it was not ready yet
so they didn't show it,,

maybey as a surprise for the end of this year,
and the mammal's name starts with a M and ends with a m
