Phillip Segal - minor vintage UK manufacturer

I'm not sure because lots of companies made very similar, more or less, copies of Britains mounted Life/Horse Guards, but my best guess is JoHillCo.

Not the best condition though.

Oliver seems to have taken them down for some reason.
