Your collections... now

Wonderful collections, but especially your dogs!
I am a dog collector and absolutely loved your video, you have so many of Schleich's best dogs! And some lovely Bullyland dogs too like their collie and German Shepherd pup! And I was especially pleased to see my favourite golden retrievers in there too, that family is so sweet and really accurate to what they actually look like in real life! And of course the Schleich huskies and German Shepherds, they really are unbeatable and so realistic! The Old English Sheepdog is another treasure that you had, this model is quite expensive now and yours looks to be in really good condition!

Great choices so far! Those are some pretty big bookcases, it makes the Eofauna Atlasaurus look tiny

They’re pretty big indeed. However, at some point I want to move my collection to a cabinet so I don’t actually have to go through cleaning the bookcases and the figures individually. My collection is small but if it was bigger it would be a drag lol.  I have this Detolf cabinet by Ikea in mind.

When a Atlasaurus can move more confidently than when I am using my kitchen.
I hope it means you will have crouded shelves soon.

Considering my collecting pace, it will still be a while until that point is reached!

Yes Martin, we miss you here, we know you have your own projects but you have always been an important part of this community. When you joined the forum more than 10 years ago, I would never guess you could build such a fantastic collection. You seemed a little reluctant but now look at your wonderful displays with such diversity and a lot of love and effort on them.

Really! :) It still feels like home for me here with you, Luke, Anna, Chris, Sue, Harriet, Andreas, Yvette, ... and many more!! I fell over the top with my collection and it´s pretty hard to keep all my s**t together with all my other activities and I have to admit, I feel bad for putting this place on the second place for a while. Now I will overwhelm you with my collection until you feel sorry for my return  Just kidding... Didn't that sound too arrogant? Hope not. Anyway...thanks for the kind words about my collection...it has become my trasure that fills my everyday life and brings my inner joy even more than years ago.

Martin, do you want us to regret your return? I suspect it won't be easy. It feels more home when our old friends are back. You will also find how fantastic are some of the newer friends of this forum.

That's such a stunning collection, so many models! It was actually your amazing collection that I saw on YouTube a few years ago that inspired me to get back into collecting, and now my dog collection is one of my main hobbies!

I rearranged my model horse collection last Sunday. Perhaps I'll put some extra decorations in there in December
For now, it looks like this (the light were only there for the photos, I still don't have any extra lighting inside the cabinet - unfortunately!)

Except for the micros, I'm not sure where I want to put the micros eventually, this is temporary   Same as the miscellaneous animals' shelf above the horses of which you can only see the underside.

What an absolutely fantastic collection!!!!

Such an amazing collection, so many stunning horses! And a beautiful array of dogs too, the Japanese/ Papo models are exquisite!
