Pictures from my collection in Februari 2012

As i showed you already some pics from my penguins and antelopes, i decided that it was time to show you some more.
It is not all by far, so little by little the pictures will appear in this tread.
So when you check from time to time, you will see probably all...
The quality in my collection goes from very low, like the latest China models, or playfull 1980's and 1990's stuff, up to very high, like those handmade models made by our friend-collectors and sculptors from this forum, or the old Lineols.
But i like them all, as they all represent a certain time in the history of animal-model making.

Here are the models in my second vitrine, that still needs new and extra glass-shelfs for display, but i am to lazy to get to the glass-"farmer" in the centre of our city sometimes...

Zebra's and some wild horses part 1, you almost don't see the models because all of those stripes are very confusing...

That was all on just 2 shelfs...

In vitrine 3, i have my monkees, big apes, and crocodiles.
A strange combination, i know, but that last group was at that moment the only group that would fit in on the left shelves.
Besides that, the vitrine just next to it, has the rest of the reptiles in it, and the birds, the decendants of the dino's...
I think, there is a member here, that would interest the last 4 pics specially...

In vitrine 5 i have my kitties and doggies, going from the 1950's up to now.
I realise that much models are missing.
But as many of you know, i had to sell my former Schleich collection for example, so i had to start from scrap again, before i only missed the old dark beagle...

First: big big big big congrats, a phantastic collections!!! But a lot of nice pics with a lot of phantastic animals= a lot of questions from me.

Is the hanging monkey in the middle a spider monkey? And by which brand?
Also the small gibbon and the crane in front of the starlux marabou, which brand?
Is the bird in front of the starlux goliath crane a kaiyodo? If yes, can you see the line on the neck?
Which brand and species are the owls between the bullyland and elastolin owls?Is one of the custom made?
Which brand is the little barn owl and all the small salamanders and the little yellow/white snake?
And is the bird between the safari parrot and the hoopoe by Harriet a puzzle where you can see the line on the neck?

Which one (brand) is the brown grazing non-painted reindeer left from the Hausser fallow deer?

I'd loved to know who in this forum would be interested in the 4 pictures after the macaques!
I also have a question? Why are you using such a excuse to put crocodiles with macaques! Macaques and more macaques! ... pooor crocodiles!
