| Thank you friends! And good news, the mare is on hold! Another thing, our Appaloosa Stallion "Sparkling Fever" has a new friend. And he loves how the cockatoo is scratching his back! (The horse is an older custom from me and the cockatoo is a new find from a doll house miniature fair. Had to buy this cute guy!) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

My word - she's lovely! Much improved by the new colour. You have a great skill for greys in particular, although I've trawled through this thread in awe of most all your customs a few times by now. The tack, too, is just astounding - I cannot begin to comprehend how you manage to get it so clean and to scale. Post more, do!

| Well, people with a far better eye for horse flesh have already given the appropriate praise.
However, I'll try not to overly redundant.
Excellent use of 1) Paints /paintbrush and techniques thereof- Your skill with such is amazing, although you already know that. In fact, it's resulted in nothing short of making me consider wavering on my "We do not collect horses" stance. But I have remained firm! 2) accessories - only add to the realism, and are without a doubt awe-inspiring. 3) photography - As a master of crummy photographs, I'm very impressed by your skill 4) story telling - Just made me smile more.
So, again, thanks for sharing such beautiful works of art that are so pleasing to the eyes. _________________ Laura

| Thank you, thank you!! Poor ol' Henry just ran into the heating gun… Surely it was on purpose and I am a bit astonished how easy the material will soften or even melt!! I tried the same with a stablemate once and that little fellow didn't move at all!! Completely differently material.. I think if he turns out nice I will keep him for a while, if not he will be for sale! (Joke) We will see! |

| Just a note, my picture uploader is having problems, sorry for the inconvienience!! Little progress on the fjord, if you see something wrong or that looks odd, just tell me, please! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And this little one I just used the scrap of the apoxie I used for the fjord. Nothing special, just rough shapes so far. | Very nice progress, Shanti! The new pose looks so nice, he's getting a real Fjord look. If I compare his front legs, this one looks a bit too muscular, right?
