A while back I found an interesting horse in a lot. I asked the seller for more photos but they had them all packed up already. However, they did tell me it was marked "Marchon." Here is the photo of all: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The one in question is the black one at the far right, has a white face marking. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And a cropped-out, better defining photo. Does anyone have this horse or have better photos of it?

It seems there is a toy developer called Marchon Inc that design toy figures to other companies. Also, we can find on EBAY some different lines of horses marked Marchon, most from 80's and 90's years and some even make horse sounds. I can't help you more once I don't know anything about that specific figure. :)

It looks like the foal of a Grand champions mini. It was released alongside a mare and stallion is some mini sets. The black one belongs to the following set (middle): [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here's another picture of the same mould in different colours: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]On this website you can find more information. _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Anne-Joke [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ajs.artistry - Instagram AJs Artistry Shop - Etsy

| Marchon manufactured a line of model horses called Grand Champions up until 2001 when their parent company Empire Toys filed for bankruptcy. They were then produced by a company called Alpha International. Since 2007, there hasn't been any new models made. They came in sizes ranging from traditional to micro-mini. | Thanks for your help friends! I always thought all horses from this brand were haired, but it appears not. |

You're welcome! The mini foals and all the micro mini's didn't have hair: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The four in the lower right hand corner of your picture looks similar to some of the micro mini's.

Orcagirl, thanks for all your information. It was great of reading! Very ingenious figures, I like some ideas developed there... and some more horses in 1:32 scale, great!
