| What you can do is use some isopropyl alcohol found at the drug store, the kind you use to wipe and disinfect wounds with. Use a paintbrush and paint it on your model, this will soften the sculpey and smooth out the fur texture to be more subtle. Then you can go and carve some more details and then paint over again with alcohol until you get the desired look.
This technique is used by professionals to get a nice texture. |

| Don't worry! Andrew's technique sounds good. You could maybe smooth it out with a rounded metal tool too.
Do you think her front legs, the upper half could be thicker? I think maybe they are a little thin.
