Sometimes the makers gave them darker tails than they should have done, but they are all Connochaetes Gnou bodies. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.].... and Lineol White-tails stand around looking suspicious. | these figures must bereally valuable! they seem to be parts of an old dusty museum of childrens' toys from the early 20th century! i love museums  |

Maybe not. Some of them have been very much repaired. One of the Lineol Gnus came to us with broken legs, no horns and no ears! Collectors do not pay highly for repaired animals.

| Thank you Sue for sharing these photos. I don't know anything about these brands so to see these old figures is a real treat! Your sister Lesley did a pretty good job on the figures that she made... I know you said you both have been collecting for years and rescuing old figures and I hope you both will continue to share pictures of your collection with us all!
