Kaiyodo Muennink's spiny rat: A walkaround by Kikimalou

The Muennink's spiny rat is a critically endangered species endemic to okinawa island, Japan. Looking like a large vole, this rat has grooved spines protruding from its body fur. It lives in Temperate forests.

Of course pictures are excelent as usual, I love specially the huge effort the rat is doing to keep safe from that girl. Wink

I enjoy also how you captured the cute face of that creature. I really wished these designs were transported to the manufacturing of "major" brands. Very Happy
