Hi there... thanks for your photos... I´m not sure if i like them... Papo zebras are... not so good as Schleich But i have to have them:)
But right now I am really shocked.... is it zebra kwaga by Shleich? :OOOO

I do have something to say regarding the painting of this model (let me first assure you that I love her to bits!) however the paintwork could have been a lot better, the male tiger is awesome all round, the detail is amazing on the male, whereas the tigress is lacking depth, the stripes are brown and on the face where white should be prominent round the mouth and above the eyes, it’s faint and isn’t as striking as it should be. I think they could have done a bit more with the painting; I knew what to expect though from seeing other’s pictures. She is still superb and I’m proud to have her in my collection, but Papo seem to be getting a bit lax with their painting.

I bought the new Zebra for 2010 today, i am very displease with the Zebra.
Papo has really serious problems with the equine family.
The first mistake is the long legs, look more like a Grevy than a Grant Zebra, but was painted like a grant.The pose is very elegant, unnecessary.the horse like appearance still very clear and the paint work still far away from the perfect work over the Schleich Zebra.
I am sure that the pAPO NEW ZEBRA FOR 2010 is the worst intro made in 2010 from any brand, coz Papo can do much better.

I know it's really strange isn't it, how Papo can make such amazing big cats and other animals and yet their zebras are just terrible

I feel exactily the same, I love brand Papo and I ate Papo zebras, anyway I'll not buy it!!! We have nice zebras from Schleich (paintwork) and Collecta (elegant sculpting)! My figure for 75 years Schleich should be a CollectA zebra with Schleich painting!

Papo Zebra is yucky!
