Difference between Schleich and United feature

Hi everybody,
Anybody know the diferrence between Schleich and United feature?
It seems some Schleich's figures are the same United feature's figures.
Example :

In this link the two muppet figures are United feature (thesellers say it to me)
but the Comicfiguren Preikatalog show exactly the same in Schleich collection.

Anybody know why?

Perhaps it is a shared production, like the Schleich/Safari partnership? I'm not very familiar with the cartoon characters.
