The first model in the series is Australovenator Wintonesis - nicknamed “Banjo”, the most complete carnivorous Australian dinosaur ever found and the first detailed model of the species ever created. Hi all, wow I can see that this is definitely generating some interest. We are also really pumped about this range, especially being a specifically Australian species. I can't give everything away at the moment out of respect for the AAoD who is developing the range but I can share the following:
the models are plastic, solid body[/li]
there are currently 4 models in the pipeline[/li]
the coin in the Banjo picture is an Australian 50c piece which is 3.1cm tall or 1.25inches, making Banjo approx 8.5cm or close to 3.5 inches tall [/li]
the models are designed via computer modelling and 3D printed prior to mass production as opposed to traditional clay sculpting methods allowing exceptionally high detail [/li]
they will be supplied painted, safety tested for over 3 years of age and 'will have as much detail as Papo' if not more so[/li]
