After viewing the list of disappointing news from Schleich 2016, we need, more than ever, see the earlier news from Collecta.
It is the hope of the collectors.

Some antelopes are on the way that much  I can say.......no bongo this year but I will try to push this one through another year. The new ones are  brand new  ever made before species which should certainly satisfy you antelope lovers out there.

One has been modelled on a museum taxidermy and I think it is lovely.....wait and see!

Oooohmygoodness!!! I'm getting all excited! After seeing Schleichs attempts... all my hope is on CollectA (and Papo) to satisfy my 'new animals who I will buy next year'.

No Bongo this year, oh please next year! But thank you for pushing

Increible¡¡¡¡¡, some antelopes, could know how ? Uhh ....One has-been modeled on a taxidermy museum, that means that this figure is an extinct species? .... So when the announcement of the news?  

I would say blue buck? Or a antelope that isn't keept in zoos and only rare seen in the wild. Maybe a saiga?
But can you may say how many new animals we can expect for the next year? And are there also some never done figures? And when can you tell us what the new figures are?

Perhaps a hirola? Or a chousingha?

Only a small selection is coming out this year. Six have never been made before by any brand as far as i am aware...although one was made by a brand in a different size to the standard schleich/CollectA scale......no extinct antelope....all existing animals....

Great news!       I just received long-waited Chiru and new good things coming!

I think there will be Nyala or Sitatunga, because Tragelaphini is most popular antelopes lately and we have lots of Kudus, Mountain Nyala and there will be no Bongo. Small probabilty for Bushbuck.

Addax is other antelope I suppouse Collecta will make and I thing we really miss something from Alcelaphini, like Hartebeest, Bontebokor or Hirola.

I really hope this "made by a brand in a different size" will be something rare like Zebra duiker or Seraw, even Lesser Kudu is strong prediction here.

An antelope species by an museum taxidermy, but still existing, means, this species are not in any zoo of the wrld at present time-so a Dibatag maybe ? I've seen several of them in the Usa-in museums, not in zoos,of course.

Anyway, six never be seen before species sounds great to me...but these includes many,many,many diffrent antelope species...

But I also want, at least, a true zebra species-Grevy or Cape Mountain-both are still overdue...

Oh yeah!!! Hirola would be perfect!!!
Aso hartebeest or impala, roan antelope, ... well... I can´t wait!!!

I´m still hoping for musk-ox or new zebra by Deborah McDermott :)

So, never made before by any brand means no TAI entries for them until 2016? Right?

You are talking about 6, not 6 antelopes but six animals? Right?

Saiga antelope? Bontebok? Gerenuk? Grant's gazelle? Dama gazelle? Mongolian gazelle? Przewalski's gazelle? Goa? Beira ? Dik-dik? Klipspringer? Four-horned antelope?...

And one already made in a different size than nowadays standards... For this one it could be an Addax, a Nilgai, a Duikker, Bubale caama or an East African oryx ?

The models are still being finalised but to clarify I mean 5 new animal species never made by any major brand and one which was made by one major brand in a different scale......cant say any more......

five of the six are hoofed unfortunately.......

However there maybe be a few more so things may change. Dont hold me to it! :-)

Thank you Numaan! "Hoofed" makes me dream of something exeptional like Anoa, Tamaraw, Banteng or even Kouprey! May be Kouprey figure made by Paris museum taxidermy.

That allready don't sounds bad! How many wild animals will it be in total? I really hope for a shoebill in a small scale.
