It is getting funny! Beatrice has a secretary bird marked 5 and you another marked 3. The Andean condor is also number 3. Well, it is not a big problem, a big problem is that I don't have a single secretary bird yet. The catalogue picture is in the middle of other bulks and apparently there's no indication that these are keyrings, I now about this Yujin African set, I still don't know how we will work them. If we will link to the original figures or if they're enough distinct to have their own page on TAI. Oh sorry, i wrote a the wrong number, it is 5 sorry sorry sorry sorry
Andreas, please don't feel sorry about that. These numbers are very hard to see and we are lucky that you and Beatrice own and checked them. It is so hard that I needed Beatrice's help to know where the number of the okapi was placed. Though, I see a 6 instead of a 5 what is really crazy. Andreas, as you are the only owner of the red forest buffalo, could you please check which number, year and animal name is marked on it? It belongs to a misterious set that apparently also contains an African giant pangolin, an aardvark and perhaps a red colobus? |

This figurine is marked as Forest Buffalo from 1999, but i search and search but i cant find a number. So i will search with a big eye glass from my dad if i visit my parents. And what include that set- a red colobus?????? Are you sure? It could be my next holy grail |

| it is not a red colobus, that is a mistake. it is a black and white colobus or guereza, we are still not positive if it is actually a PV figure but it is likely. |

Thanks Andreas and Lance. 1999 is a very interesting year, I suspect it belongs to one of these National Park sets but this is conjectural. This forest buffalo have to belong to a set that is not known yet so maybe, if we find the content of this set, there's a holy grail for you there. I've found the information about the colobus on forum and from Jack (Judstone), considering these orphaned figures, I suspected it was a red colobus but Lance already pointed it as a mistake. But, isn't it marked PV? Anyone knows? |

I asked Sergey and he still have both figures and kindly provided information. Figures are marked with 1999 year and without number as your forest buffalo. Very interesting is that pangolin is marked tree pangolin, so Play Visions made it to the species level what is great! |

No, there isn't a shop where you can find it. It is retired already for a long time. It is even very rare among us on forum. We have here the most dedicated collectors of Play Visions and some are searching it for a longer time and still nothing. But, never give up, these figures show rarely and it will appear when it won't be expected. At our Toy Animal Wiki, you can see a picture of Andreas' figure ... here! As you see, we were not even able of confirming to which bulk or set it belongs. |

Don't forget I already have figures of a calf and the Papo and Safari Ltd. (males). |

Don't forget I already have figures of a calf and the Papo and Safari Ltd. (males). Unfortunately no! You can see a big part of the African buffalos we know in this page just mouse over these pictures to see what they are. Being a little cruel, I don't know if you know this pair of homemade Forest buffalo figures. This one It was made by Harriet and Anna, two very talented sculptors of this forum butI doubt they are available and their prices is not the same as a regular toy, obviously. I wished I could afford them. :) |
