My not so teeny tiny Schleich collection - Updated 18/08

Hi all, i'm new to the forums, and new to the world of Schleich.

I picked up a few from the carboot today and wanted to share.
The bear and lioness cost 20p each, and the dinosaurs were 50p. :)

Thank you Susanne, it seems like a friendly place. Not sure if my collection will ever be as large as some of those on the forum, as i'm mostly hunting at car boots and charity shops. However, it does make it more exciting, since i've no idea what my next find will be

I'm not too worried about the size, it's better to keep things small since I live in a small house :)

I hope to stumble across some more lovelies very soon, it's surprising the things people throw out or get rid of. I don't know much about Schleich, but even I know you can ask for more than 50p :)

Luckily model animals can stand almost everywhere

You will be more surprised once you know more about the older Schleich and that you can find them also for some cents. The dinos you have found are a good example of that :)
And to some, model animals are just 'plastic toys' but for others those animals can be a treasure long sought after. I always search trough those bins/boxes/bags with all kind of small toys in them, mostly you will find Schleich (or other brands) in them :)

Are the dinos quite old then? Not that I mind, since i'm not looking for any particular animals. More than anything I enjoy rummaging through the boxes of tat, finding a treasure amongst them is quite a thrill

Not that old for a Schleich.
But if you consider we are already 2015, than you can say they are old.

Goodness me, for 12 years old they're still in amazing condition. That's one of the reasons I like Schleich, they're very durable :)

Oh Wilorvise, that is so lovely.

So I went out shopping today, and I found this little guy.    

He's much smaller than the other dinos i've got, but he was only 10p so I couldn't resist.
