Maybe the shrimp is the tasty, non-breathing creature that whale eats. The figure could be a whale. Don't know what kind though.

Tuna? I don't like them and many people think they're good. They eat some type of plankton, don't they?

I do not know if flies is breating. At least they do not have lungs. When a frog is chatching flies, then they vanish from the air and some think frog's leg is tasty. well ... just a wild guess. I do not have that much knowledge about it.

The animal that eats does breathe, the eaten animal is not breathing in a "normal" way..
And the animal I'm talking bout, does not live in the water

Shark whales? They eat plankton, open their mouths WIDE, are sharks, and whales.

If it is an anteater that could be the South American animal mentioned.

Ok, I can confirm (sadly)it isn't a anteater.
To put the animals in continents, there are 4 Marine animals, 9 African animals and 2 "South American" animals (which already were guessed).

Insects also breathe, they have spiracles. But robots does not breathe. So i think a DC figure. ^^
