Schleich 2016 List of Releases With Pictures!

The Herefords look nothing at all like Herefords. They look much more like simmentals. Honestly, let's get some new breeds, this is the third set of Simmental cattle released.

That cheetah is really cool! And I like the Dimorphodon.

It seems that there will be 4 more horses:
13812 Half Arabian
13813 New Forest Pony
13814 Westfalen Stallion
13815 English Thoroughbred Stallion

Any chance there will be any other new wildlife or farmlife?

And I can't wait to see the new elves! As a Bayala conductor, I thought for a moment that there would be nothing worth buying next year. Now I'm keeping my fingers crossed for male elves.

And are those ^ the retired items? If so, I'm going to be kind of disappointed. Looks like they're cutting their bayala collection in half, and getting rid of a ton of elves I don't own yet.

I believe those are going to be retired yes. That's a lot of Bayala by the way, sad.

I haven't seen pictures of those yet, but I've seen them in a Dutch webshop. Without pictures

Some of them are really nice and I like the horse's colors But yet I miss the past days of schleich

I noticed that Alex put up the pictures of the new Elves on the modellpferdeforum, but not here. So I thought I would re-post them, with my thoughts on some of them. (I hope that's okay!) Note that they don't seem to have names yet, but I'm sure they will by January.

A replacement for Lindariel and unicorn foal, who are retiring this year. I like the wings on the pegasus, like a dragonfly-swan. <3

I guess this is another animal like the "Magical Asian Being" from a few years back. But what IS it?
My first thought was immediately of the lead dog from Littlest Pet Shop, they have the same colours:

...and that's all there is, so far. I hope there's more to come, with so many Bayala figures being retired. I also don't see a theme in these Elves- there were the Ice Elves, and they got an additional line of small animals the following year. Then the Rainbow collection, with matching animals too. Now, next year animals will be coming to match the "festive wear" line. But what creatures would match these elves? I expect Schleich to have maybe a few more surprises up their sleeves... I hope.

(also, please no hating on these figures- last year I remember comments that the Elves' horses weren't built like real horses, and one user-made picture of Sera's horse with the words "kill me please" on top. I have to say that I bought that figure set earlier this month and I think they're lovely, regardless of how accurate they may or may not be. Let's try not to rain on anyone's parade that badly this year.)

I like that uncommon fantasy figures very much. ^^

As of right now we only know the numbers and names but do not yet have photos.

It seems so, but I think we will need to wait till the oficiall catalogues come out. There are 5 missing numbers for the wild animals and 1 for fam life. But It's really strange that Schleich is only doing one of every breed.

Hello new friend, welcome here!
I agree that there needs to be more male elves- the (retired) Shadow Elves, the (retired) Arelan/Amuyi animal-warriors, and even some of the (newer) Eldrador Knights make a fine match for most of the current Elves, though. I always thought it was funny that all the Elves put their best dresses on to get all fancy... for each other, as there's no boys at the ball. I think that Falaroy at least should have made an appearance- he's so popular with the girl Elves, after all.
Still, I'll stick to hope that Schleich has a few more figures to show us all. There can't be only 3 new Knights! Until then, let's keep enjoying the last releases of 2015.
