Lineol series IV Wolf Cleaned up +Walkaround

I wanted to add more photos to the last post I created but when I went to edit it, I somehow ended up deleting it instead.

Anyway, I cleaned up my mud covered Elastolin wolf I got today. I'm so glad all those "paint chips and chunks" in the bubble wrap he was in were not because he was breaking down and in poor condition, but because he was covered in a film of mud...or something of the like.

He does appear to have been broken and repaired a few times. Both his front legs have been repaired at one time and then painted over. And I also discovered evidence of his nose or muzzle has been repaired too and possibly repainted.

Other than that, he is in fairly good condition and seems to have a rather expressive face.

I am glad that you didn't give upt and that you ended showing us a walk around of this very beautiful figure. Naturally it is always better to know that these old figures are int heir original condition but a "restored" vintage figure is also a great addition to our collections as long as the work doesn't destroy the way figure should look like. I have a macaque and two camels restored and I love them.

Perfectly cleaned and nicely restored, this series IV is beautiful. I agree with Roger and have no doubt your model, even a bit restored is absolutely in the Lineol style.
