Yes, Niklas, it seems we have a new top quality walk arounder on forum!
Fantastic photos that show the best thing we can find in that giganotosaurus that is the great level of detail. That's a great looking figure and surely it fits with what we expect from a top predator!

This is one model i think they didi not need to make. They had a fine Sculpt of a Giganotosaurus for there World of History line. Yet instead of makeing somthing brand new, they make a Second model of an animal that they did before. they could of still made it if they called it something related like a mapusaurus.

Of course i wish they released it in 2016 instead, when the line was rebooted with Info Tags. I hope a third one is made in 2018 or later that comes with a tag.

Well, I suppose they have done some market research, and a "gigant" sells better than a "mapu"

Takama: In my opinion, it's good that they make some new models of figures, because they usually have more detail and look better. It may be a bit too early for a new version, but I think it's ok, in my opinion the new Giganotosaurus is one of the most beautiful Schleich dinosaurs!

Very nice model and photographs! I know this model isn't accurate, but it never fails to impress me when I see it in stores. The paint job is especially eye catching. I do agree that they've made way too many of this species, but in my opinion, this is their best attempt yet.
