| On Facebook they posted some silhouettes of their new dragons to be announced in a few weeks. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | DO you think these are all the new ones for 2017? Seems like not a lot. _________________ Shawn

| No. I mean, that Safari makes unusual dragons, like Lucky Dragon, Desert Dragon or Flower Dragon and hope it for 2017, too.
In the picture is only one, this violet one looks strange, like a princess with mirror. |

| And.... *Drumroll* we have a crystal cavern dragon from safari! Interesting inspiration for that one. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Someone on Facebook guessed a Kaiju for the "gargoyle" looking one (albeit on steroids...) Is that accurate? I'm just curious. Thanks for the exciting hints, sounds like a good year to go on a Safari. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. Nope, not even close. It's a far older thing. Some people might not like the 'mythological' label given the source... _________________ I used to have an online store, but now it's a Blog exploring the variety in my collection! | Safari seems a little obsessed with dragons these days and it seems their immagination is working. Honestly, and it is just a personal opinion of a non dragon enthusiast, it just look pathetic to me. However, it is recognizable a huge effort of the sculptor to give some elegance to it. If that dragonmania is profitable and will help Safari to keep introducing great animal figures in their range, so it has all my support. |

| I wouldn't call this a dragon: http://downloads.safariltd.com/etailer/Catalog_Images/New_Products/Dragons/10157%20Stag%20Dragon.jpg More like an interpretation of a Kirin? I kinda like it, anyway :) _________________ ~Magda (formerly Mangalarga) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Blog | Facebook |
