| [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Hi! Here is a NF billygoat I found in a local store where they sell donations from the public. Unfortunately, his horns are broken off. Looking at it, I'm wondering if it's not the model I took for a chamois when I first saw it in 1985 or so... |

| I am looking for the camel, the giraffe, the black panther, the hen, the goose, the rabbit and the donkey from NF. They also made a line of horses and it seems here they made a line of domestic dogs. |

On Toy Animal Wiki, you will see, in its company, a starving elephant and a starving rhinoceros. |

| Guess what? I just made some research about NF toys (as you may imagine, I was looking for the vintage NF animals that are still missing in my collection) and I found something worth mentionning here. On Amazon, these days, there is a set of mini farm animals for sale. The page says they are from the company NF and, in the details, it is said that NF stand for NYLSA FASHION. Now I'm wondering: could Nylsa Fashion be the NF name we have been looking for all these years? Because, except for the very small size, the NF animals on sale on Amazon look rather like the vintage, bigger ones that I am collecting right now. What do you think? |

There is a whole set of bendable animals by NF. I noticed Dutch Bear has the NF bendable polar bear. |

| Searching for Nylsa Fashion it seems it is an Indian company and among many other things, they make clothes for Barbie sized dolls. I cannot confirm they are the responsible for these models but I think you've found a good way. |

One of the clues we need to find is since WHEN Nylsa Fashion exists as a company. Because the NF animals seem to have been created in the 1970's. Because, even if this manufacturer is specialized in doll clothes, it could have done like Larami back in the 1990's: making an experience by manufacturing something that is completely new for this company. Larami, which was specialised in water guns, decided to made four animal lines (sharks, whales, dinosaurs and turtles). Maybe Nylsa Fashion did the same... |

| I just put the NF Irish Setter and the NF Boxer on TAW. Why? Because not long ago, on Ebay, I saw a NF German Shepherd. I did try to get it and put a bid on it, but I was outbid at the very last minute. So, I didn't get it. But it was enough to convince me that NF has a specific "Dogs" line, featuring at least three different breeds. I am sure there are more breeds in that line. But for now, we have two and a third page is open for the German Shepherd in case someone puts his/her hands on it and shares it with us. |

| This morning, I received via mail a very unique NF piece: a Thouroughbred Horse with its original card. They are already on TAW. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]It seems to come from a series only containing thoroughbred horses. The line also contains a rearing white one, a grey one with white mane and tail and a running lighter bay one. Maybe there are more, but I'm not certain. |

| I think maybe the manufacturer didn't know too much about horses... they seem to have used 'thoroughbred' in the 'purebred' sense without stopping to think that with horses it is the name of a breed. That's definitely a Tennessee Walker! It's actually a nice model of one. |

Especially when we look at the card: it shows horses free in what we could identify as Texas or Nevada. But you know, if there is a mistake, they made it, I didn't. So now, what do I do? I leave it this way on TAW or do I correct NF's mistake on the site?
