Just wondering if any of our wonderful forum members have seen a Maned Wolf in captivity, or in the wild?
I would love to hear from anyone who has. These animals fascinate me.

I have seen them in the zoo, If I remember right it was the zoo garden in Gdynia. Beautiful animals. Would love to see them in their natural habitat And you, Andrea? Have you had an occasion to observe them in the wild or captivity?

Ana, unfortunately no I haven't seen them at all yet. I don't think the zoos in South Australia have Maned Wolves. Perhaps one day in the future I will travel and visit a zoo that does have them. You are lucky to have seen them! They are amazing animals! Thankyou for replying.

at less than 1 hour from home, I know two zoos ( Amiens and maubeuge) who keep Maned wolves. i love them too. here are some pics
