COLLECTA 2018: WILD LIFE - Bongo Calf (88823)

I would have preferred a new species, but this is still fantastic news and a wonderful, must-have model!

Yes, anytime I see this calf, I think it could be a duiker instead. Though, it is just the second antelope calf from CollectA and they already gave us more species of antelopes than all other brands together. I am also looking forward to see these ungulates.

So cute! I think maybe I will have to make a place for her in my collection.

Even though I haven't got its daddy, I am already imagining him with two or three calves around him!
I think its a great idea that Collecta creates families of unusual species!

Again an antelope calf without his mother.

Unfortuantely I have to say Collecta's Bongo is the most worse and dissapointing antelope models from this brand. The colour is not correct and the head in compare to the body size too small. How could this happen, after they made such a magnifuiabt Giant Eland ?

I don´t like the colour of Collecta´s adult one, but this calf seems really nice and very accurate. A beautiful animal and a gem for every collector :)

I have the perfect name. When she comes to me I will name her Nerdanel. Like the wife of Feanor, smith of the silmarils.

I now only collect CollectA wildlife and this beautiful Bongo calf will definately be added to my treasured collection. Have the adult male Bongo so the calf is an awesome addition for 2018. Thank you CollectA.

Instead of calfs to male antelopes, Collecta should do a remake of the Mountain Nyala-unfortunately, one of their" not that good figurines"
