PostSubject: Bullyland Procynosuchus came in from Portugal this week!   The rare and exclusive procynosuchus - Page 2 EmptyTue Sep 06, 2011 3:03 am

I did send our big friend Rogerio some older Britains in the last week, without aspecting anything in return, but big was my surprise when something came back from Portugal. cheers

Next to 2 fantastic CollectA models, which are shown in the CollectA part of this forum of course, Rogerio did send me the fantastic and rare Bullyland Procynosuchus delahareae in the 1:7 scale! Very Happy
It was specially made for the Korbach Museum in the state of Hessen in Germany, where the only northern fossile of this animal was found, a limited edition!

I needed some time to make some quick pics, but here he is on the pic for the collection.

I'm very glad you liked it! I know how crazy is to get exclusive figures because some sellers want crazy amounts of money for these figures!
I know this one is in a place where it will be loved as a special figure! :)
Thanks again for helping me with wonderful Britains! :)

I am happy to see they arrived savely in Portugal! cheers
This rhino is a classic on his own, he is still one of the best models in the business for this animal! king
I see, there are still some little white spots on the black markings of the panda Rogerio, you can make them black with a waterproof black marker... Wink
Of couse the panda is not that giant in compare with the Indian rhino, but in the right scale, 1:32 still rules, haha... farao

Thanks for the tip, Willy! But nothing will be changed in the figures, I love them as they are. Wink
Yes, Britains scale figures shows clearly how giant is a panda and an anteater. That's informative, useful and pleasant! cheers I'd loved to see a comparison picture showing the 2011 Safari Indian rhino with the Britains ! bounce

Actually the Britains anteater is to small... Laughing
The Safari Indian rhino won't be much bigger then the Britains i guess.
When i keep the Schleich Indian rhino or Elephants next to the Britains, they are alomost same big... Rolling Eyes
But that is nothing new here, Schleich big species are to small! geek

I agree with the anteater. Anyway most figures are nicely n scale! It's funny to see you saying that a Schleich figure is small. It is not expected from someone that started with very small figures! Laughing I have the Schleich Indian rhino and yes, the size is almost the same but the sculpting is completly different, but that is another subject.
It's nice thinking in scales in a topic where you present a figure in 1:7 scale, a very large scale and a small figure! What a Face

Well Rogerio, i am not saying that any Schleich figurine is to small... Rolling Eyes
I only say that a lot of the bigger species are to small for the rest of their production line, that is nothing new i guess... Laughing
Their average scale is 1:20, but the smaller species are to big again, haha... Shocked
Any scale is good for me, but it would be nice if their lines had the same way of working like Britains or Hausser Elastolin did, you know what i mean... Wink
