For me, it's very difficult to choose five favorites. Usually, my most loved figures tend to be the last acquired. But my collection have a high standard of restriction of quality so I would say that every figure on it it's my favorite! I've choosen 5 of the ones that I like more, but I don't know if they're technically "my most favorite" over others that I also like a lot.

Quolmate, the megaloceros is just SO beautyful, - I have never seen it before

A week or such ago, somebody mailed me and asked if I had models of a rooster, a hen and some chickens, which I would sell, and I remembered that a long time ago I bought just that from CollectA.

For some reason I never looked much at them, but now, when I took a picture, I realised how wonderful they are

Fortunately she did not want to pay anything near "Schleich-prices" for them ( Danes think that all that are not Schleich is cheap junk !!! ), so I kep my little family

Now they are standing on my piano, so I can pick them up and enjoy then every day

The advantage of collecting slowly is that we have time to enjoy our figures and it help us finding some new favorites.
That thing that what is not Schleich is cheap things sounds primitive to us but it is still very present in many people. These CollectA are beautiful as many Schleich are and I could easily number many other chicken from other companies.

Yvette, yes, we have the young Bullyland Okapi. I believe this mother and calf were only in production for three years, so we are lucky to have them.

Costi, your Snow Leopard picture is beautiful! I hope you find the Bullyland Okapi soon!

That´s very nice Lesley. You are right, the Okapis were only on sale from 2011 to 2013. Maybe they weren't so popular for the buyers?
For me they belongs to the best Bullyland models, also when the color is perhaps a little bit too red sometimes.  
Meanwhile it seems here in Germany they're not available anymore. Not in online stores, not on eBay, not at online flea markets.

Very nice. The Schleich humpback and Papo whale shark have been shown here before among the 5 best. I don't have the humpback, but I agree that the whale shark is a recent masterpiece.
