Models from UK chain store Empty
PostSubject: Models from UK chain store   Models from UK chain store EmptySun Sep 30, 2018 4:51 pm

Found these in a UK chain store that sells various household and garden products. The animal models are quite good especially the Smilodon.
They are marked with Lanard 1997 on the bottom. They had other sets with a Triceratops and a T rex
I only managed to get these sets as they were the only ones they had so will need to keep an eye out for the others!
I have a spare Smilodon set if anyone wants to trade for it![You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Is that shark a re-used mold? It doesn't look particularly prehistoric.

Found some more of the  models today![You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

The dinos are quite well made and the velociraptor can open and close its mouth.

I really like the raptor and smilodon. Great finds! They are very reminiscent of Chapmei, I like the colors.
