I love this thread and your pictures, obviously.
Before the diversity advent in this hobby from last years. Basically, range of animal figures were mainly African animals and European fauna for Woddland series. If it is a North American brand, the forest series is basically composed by North American fauna.
Now, with Asia, South America and Australia getting a lot of atention from current manufacturers, European fauna is loosing some atention. During the last 10 years, the only chamois I remember being released, is the Papo figure and it was 7 years ago. Fallow deers, for instance, are also very neglected these days.
