| The snow leopards are probably my favorite Recur figures, but the black panther is the most realistic looking in my opinion. It doesn't specify whether it's meant to be a black leopard or jaguar, and without visible spots it's hard to be 100% sure. The chunkier body most closely resembles a jaguar, but the face is a bit more streamlined like a leopard, so I could see it being either one. I personally like to think it's a jaguar. Like I said, there are no underlying spots, but the paint does have a brownish tint when held under light, which is a really nice touch. The paintjob on the claw tips is kind of sloppy, but the paw pads are very nice, and even painted the right color, so overall I think this is one of the better black panther figures on the market. Like the snow leopards this one is slightly squishy to the touch, seemingly with a plastic exterior and foam interior. It's about 4 inches tall, 6 inches deep, and 2 1/4 inches wide. | The pose is really pleasant and it seems to be an interesting figure. Really big for my taste but a good looking one. Thanks for presenting to us this Recur figure in such a good topic. |

| Wow, what a beautiful BIG cat! I'd say jaguar as well, it has a very robust head. Thanks again for showing! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. Glad you like it! Yes, I think a lot of collectors will be turned off by the size, but as someone who also collects resin wolf figures, I'm kind of used to sizes being all over the map. |

That was the immediate thought I had. The jowls seem a little narrow, but that can also vary from individual to individual. I feel like jaguars don't get enough love, and they are simply gorgeous animals. |

| Thankyou for showing, I like very much the pose of this model.
You need to have a lot of place to display all these hughe models, isn't it ? |

He is certainly a big boy. Thankfully the sitting position makes him easier to fit on my shelf. |

You need to have a lot of place to display all these hughe models, isn't it ? I have three large Ikea bookshelves and have made custom mini shelves for those so I can double stack, so I have a fair amount of space, but it's still a tight squeeze in some places. Part of why I'm able to have so many larger figures is because my collection is limited to canines, felines, and mustelids, with the occasional gryphon, dragon, or feathered dinosaur thrown in. If I were collecting a larger range of animals I don't think I'd be able to get away with as much. |

| It could pass as a really masculine male leopard, but I'd side with jaguar myself. And no, they dont get enough attention in toy form, a pity as their pattern and power (capable of crushing an 18 lbs. bowling ball) are incredible.
P.s. we would all love to your collection here! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. P.s. we would all love to your collection here! Jaguars are truly magnificent, and it's easy to see why the early civilizations that lived in that area were so in awe of them. Do you mean you'd like to see my full collection? I'd been thinking about posting some pictures of my shelves now that I've had a chance to dust everything. I'm torn about whether to throw my resin wolves (which take up the vast majority of two of my three Ikea shelves) into the mix, since that's not really the focus of this forum. |

| I'm a wolf collector (I collect just about everything, but wolves are my favorite), I would love to see it all! Here there is a section for collections and another for "other hobbies" if you'd like(for people who collect toy cars, or human figures etc.) and your resin figures could fit in there. However you decide to split it up or not I'd enjoy seeing it. :) I should be posting my wolves in my collection thread in a few weeks. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs.
