Love 'em! The perchie looks so great in a dark coat. Is she sunfaded black or dark brown/bay?
The friesian looks great too, and I love how coordinated the whole ensemble is - horse, tack, and rider!

They are beaytyful cheers

I love them both, but I do have a weak spot for heavy horses, and this percheron is fantastic I love you

Please can you tell me a little about your experience about the difference between the two kinds of paint ?

Thank you for comment!
The difference between pastel and acrylics are big
But you always have to paint the horse several times with white acrylics mixed with some water.
if you paint it with pastel it's just dust of the pastel 'stick' you rub with your fingers between the hairs of the horse
and then you spray it with hairspray :p
With acrylics you just paint it with a paintbrush also with serveral layers of paint
I'm not so very experienced with repainting, these are just my first ones Wink

She's liver chestnut, but on picture she looks a little bit darker;)

Great job! Both of them are fantastic :)

Unless you have an airbrush, blending colors is much more easy with pastels than with acrilycs. And if you use a good finishing spray the final result with pastels is really good too :) Personally I prefer pastels, but I know many people prefer acrylics. Anyway, when doing bigger figurines pastels are not a good option because you would need an enormous ammount of pigment.
