Yowie Andean Mountain Cat Walkaround

Got this little guy in the mail today all the way from Australia. I was so excited when I learned that Yowie was making an Andean mountain cat figure, and now that it's here, I'm thrilled with the way it looks. I think it has some of the best anatomy out of their US feline figures, and I really love the coloration they went with.  

As for the rest of this latest series, I might pick up the fox, but that's about it. I'm disappointed that out of all the mustelids they could have chosen to make, they went with a honey badger. Honey badgers already get so much attention, and they've never really been a species that interested me. I would have liked to have seen a lesser known species featured, and really hope to see them make a marten in the near future.

A must have

Of the Colours of Nature released this year, this is the only figure that I want. Perfect in size, paintjob and sculpt, and an obscure but distinctive species that I love. So it have all. Would be it easily available from Europe in the future for cheap?

Mine came in the mail yesterday, too, and it is great!

I also love this Yowie release and I hope to get it someday. I enjoy the egg shaped pose that warranted them to release a decently sized figure.

As a plastic toy, yes. The resin line, Beauty of the Beasts (which has a large cat collection), also offers it.

Yes, I agree this is far and away the nicest figure from the new series. I don't know if it will become available from Europe soon or not. I ordered mine from a seller in Australia, and so far that seems like the only place they're shipping out of.

It's definitely a must-have for anyone interested in feline figures. I do find it funny that it's actually bigger than the snow leopard and lion figures, but I really appreciate the improved anatomy.

Yes, I agree! Yes, as far as I know this is the first plastic figure made of this species.
