PNSO Rhinos

Ok, I have 3 PNSO Rhino models , in very differnent sizes .
Two of them are White and one is Black .

I will focus now on these two smaller models .

It has great, dynamic pose and wonderful details ... but strange choice of colors  
Maybe he is very angry ..., that`s why he has this strange, orange face ... or maybe he got sunburned ..

Here we can truely see it : Long or short head, high shoulder, - and even more fantastic : The temper of the black rhino + of course the noses !!

PNSO is really brave with the poses they choose. It is much more complex to sculpt an animal in a pose like that than just doing it symmetrical.
The black rhino is the most graceful rhino figure I've ever seen and that is what we never expect from a rhino. Black rhinos are not heavily built as white rhinos and it is evident in this figure. But my focus go to the white rhino. It is very important your pictures from all angles once the pose is quite rich and dynamic, there aren't straight lines in this figure, everything is in movement as it was a rocaille piece. The animal is powerful and I almost feel the ground shaking as I can see that all birds around it are flying away. This kind of pose is commonly used on black rhinos due to its more agressive temperament but I enjoy to see it also represented in a more pacific white rhino. These creatures are usually gentle but when their face starts getting orange, nobody can stop them.
The comparison picture with the CollectA also shows that the long horn of the latter is defintely exagerated. Is the white rhino a solide pvc or a vinyl figure?

Great photos and comparisons. And thanks for the lego block. The smaller white rhino looks very beautiful with a natural pose. I was a bit disappointed when I got the black rhino. Partly because it is too small for my collection, but also because the pose feels a bit unnatural to me. The big one is HUGE!

I really love this kind of models , with so dynamic poses .. it makes them more alive.
But also with wonderful details and good proportions ...

Yes, it is solide, with good , quality of pvc .. a bit soft .. Only the huge models are vinyl and hollow.
The smaller Black rhino is made of harder pvc .

Maybe that is the reason

The photos of the second time showing the skin details and more real color makes the model much more lively and impressive!

After the discussion around rhinoceros, I decided to revisit some topics and I am glad I did it. I missed these last pictures, namely the repaint you did in that gorgeous whit rhino. If I could get it coloured as yours, I much probably would favour it over the new powerful CollectA. Strangely, trhough E-bay, I've only found the very big one for sale and not this one.

I've found it, but it's 20 euros without shipping from China. So, about 25...

Thanks, meanwhile I've found MiniZoo is selling it for 12 Euros what is an acceptable price. Considering CollectA's is around 8 Euros and is not needing a repaint...

Yeah... these models strangely are not popular on Ebay and Eliexpress ..and if you find them there, with not good prices..
Minizoo have them with an acceptable price.
I got mine thank`s to Maria , who ordered them from Taobao.
There we can find so many models, with good prices, but for me is very difficult to order from there.
So , I am very happy that Maria is helping me with that :)

The other place to order is maybe Amazon..
