Since I've joined STS...

When I joined here in January I thought it would be similar to the ATF, but I was wrong. I have discovered more people, more brands and more animals for my collection. Some figures I used to think it would be impossible getting are now within reach. I am certainly enjoying my time here and I probably will for many years to come.

Thanks for your words, Adam! STS is a place to enjoy our hobby where people help each other finding more figures and more information. It is good to know you are enjoying. ATF is also a wonderful forumwith excellent reviewers. It is hard to keep this kind of boards active when social media are easier and more attractive to new collectors. Nevertheless, I think a forum is more informative and more useful to those who want to obtain more knowledge about the hobby while social media is nicer to show sporadical acquisitions.
I know you don't use social media but your profile as a collector is completely adjusted to a forum. I know you are digging old topics, exploring Toy Animal Wiki with a collecting enthusiasm of someone that will collect for a very long time and in a short time you already obtained a wide knowledge about many brands that complement your animal passion in a perfect way. Just take care, acquiring figures compulsively is sometimes counterproductive.

Well, same happens to me as STS is by far muuuuch more active than Animal Toy Forum. However, I continue participating in both. You brought and amazing breath of new life to Animal Toy Forum with your posts, but when you started participating in STS you suddenly disappeared from ATF. We miss you here
