Kouprey (Bos sauveli) from Starlux zebu (Bos primigenius indicus)

This wonderful big wild cattle has been discovered very late (1937) by occidental science when it already was very rare and the rare trophee hunting made it rapidly extinct. Last contact in eighties and nothing since!.. But  we have pictures of a young male in the Vincenne zoo and there is a naturalised cow in museum of Angers in France. You can even see a moovie on youtube of a herd!.. Maybe we'll have a good surprise in the future like we had with the banteng of Cardamom mountains considered as extinct:

.. genetic analysis show that kouprey was closer to kambodjan Banteng than to Gaur, and they sometimes formed mixt herds but without interbreeding..

That's a fantastic work! You repositioned the horns, more bulk to the shoulders area and beautiful new colours. Just as a suggestion, maybe you could reposition the tail sometimes to give even a more distinct look to your reinterpretations. I didn't know the kouprey was unknown for so long. i am surprised they discovered it so long after the okapi.
