| I wonder if the chameleon is from when Safari was using AAA molds (well, casts, really). |

| It is possible but when I saw Parson's chameleons at Chester Zoo they did have this head "crown" but it wasn't as smooth as this one. _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] ADAM [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] "Our planet is in crisis. | Two very very nice and interesting models. The Crocodile is made in a very unique way , very interesting for sure. And the Chameleon look`s very beautiful. It`s really look`s like the AAA models of realistic creatures.
Thank you for showing them to us :) |

| You're showing unknown Safari figures and we are a community that studies Safari as much as possible! It is absolutely exciting, these models are not even at the Toy Animal Wiki and despite all my experience with Safari series, I have no idea to which series your Safari "fourthed" croc belongs! That's the product number they're currently using to their Daschund and it doesn't work in any sequence although logic is something we rarely find on Safari. I am so glad someone preserved these very rare figures and that we are lucky of watching them. |

| Great figures for sure! Sorry to revive an old topic, but I had to comment here. I have been hunting this chameleon for a while now, with no luck. I see it is indeed quite well made. The hunt continues. On the plus side, I have to thank you for the post for making me aware of this crocodile. I had never heard of it and found one for sale yesterday, after seeing your photos. Thanks for sharing! |

Patrick, if your crocodile has the original tag, could you please check to which series it belongs? I listed it on Incredible Creatures series on TAW but it is just to not forget this model. I am glad you are still after these rare Incredible Creatures and I hope you can find the chameleon. Please, check also our polls on top, it is almost ending and I am sure you will enjoy to vote the Prehistoric figure of 2020 as well as other categories. As a last note, feel free to revive old topics, it is not a problem on STS. |
